Spruced Up Mashed Potatoes
I made this a few weeks ago and it was easy and fast! I used baby carrot and it turn out just fine... easy way to get veggies!

Easy-Peezy Caramel Granola
liked it but it had alot of cinnamon in it, and my granola never got crispy.

Prosciutto Parmesan Pasta
I added some carrots. Liked it but the prosciutton was too salty for me. I did make it again but I used diced grilled chicken and loved it!
