I love to cook and try new recipes, luckily my husband, family & co-workers are great taste testers. I am happily married and our combined family is large. Big holiday dinners kinda frazzle me, but I still love to host them. Would do it for every holiday, if other family members didnt want to!

My favorite things to cook

Basically meat & potatoes! My husband came from a large family which is farmed raised! He isn't into "weird" things as he calls it. But he does love his desserts.

Rolled Buttercream Fondant

Good recipe for beginners. I halfed the recipe & didn't let it set overnight, but it still was fine. Still rated the recipe a five star. I will be using this again.
