Grilled Peanut Chicken

This is soooo good! I use it as a dipping sauce for the chicken in our fondue. I simmer it all on the stove, add about 3/4 cups of water and doubled the curry & the garlic, Perfect! Thanks!

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins

These were very good! Interesting how the cream cheese mixture goes on top instead of hidden inside... a big hit here, but the muffin tops were definitely tastier than the bottoms!

I love this recipe! The kids literally gobble it up and it's easy and fast to make. I omitted the raisins, and use my hands to shape it on a cutting board. Then cut it into granola bars and wrap in plastic wrap.... well the half that isn't eaten in the first hour, LOL.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Delicious recipe! My kids LOVE them, what a nice change from Oreos ;) I added 1 tsp of Orange Extract (perfect) and substituted Corn Syrup for the Molasses (didn't have any) Very good cookies!!!
