Kabobs
Delicious and easy marinade. I thought it tasted best with chicken, but the beef was great also. I didn't marinade the vegetables, just grilled them with a little extra virgin olive oil. Made this for our neighbors who loved it too!

Ladyfinger Cheesecake
This is an excellent base cheesecake recipe! However, I used it to make mini-cheesecakes. I made my own graham cracker crust to put in the bottom of each foil muffin cup, then the cheesecake mixture, and topped it off with cherry pie filling. Delicious and so very easy!!

Grandma Minnie's Old Fashioned Sugar Cookies
Great recipe! I didn't have cream so just used skim milk and they turned out fine. Not an overly sweet cookie. Great for rolling for cutout cookies. After adding all the ingredients as instructed, I just worked the dough with my hands which worked pretty good before rolling it out. Baked them for 6 minutes. Next time I'll try adding Almond extract for more taste.
