Bacon for the Family or a Crowd
AWESOME! I'm 61 years old and have from the South. I've fried a lot of bacon! This is the best idea EVER! I don't line my baking sheet but do cover it with tin foil and am very careful not to spill the grease when taking it out. You young people keep the ideas coming. We old dogs can learn a lot.

Coffee Shake
I tweaked this a little. Usually buy the Mocha Joe from Burger King. They just lost a customer and my $.

Crab Quiche I
I DID use light mayo. Made no difference. Added extra egg, minced garlic and tsp. hot sauce. I am going to make it with deer sausage for b'fast next.
