Sally's Spinach Mashed Potatoes
I took a shortcut and used a box of Betty Crocker Instant Roasted Garlic mashed potatoes; also stirred the cheese into the mixture. Everyone loved it so there were no leftovers.

Blue Cheese Beef Tenderloin
This is definitely a "keeper" I needed more than 30 - 40 minutes to get the meat to an internal temperature of 135-140. It was medium rare and absolutely delicious after sitting for about 20-25 minutes.

Curried Honey Mustard Chicken
Excellent!!!!!! This is a keeper. I followed everyone's suggestion and used some olive oil in place of the butter and doubled the recipe so we could put it on the rice; did not have any cayenne pepper but it was delicious without it and still had a nice "kick"
