Tuna Noodle Casserole I
I combined a few different ideas I had gotten from other recipes, and combined them with this one which made the best tuna cassarole I've ever had!(And I hate tuna cassarole!)First of all,I doubled the sauce, and added some sour cream to it,and seasoned with salt and lots of pepper(I like pepper)and about doubled the amount of peas(frozen!) I also added another can of tuna. Last but not least, I topped it with some crushed french fried onions and baked:) SO good!

Thai Green Curry Chicken
This recipe is sooo good! I've made it several times already, and just found it a little while ago. I did alter the amount of coconut milk, because I only had one can, and I think it tastes great with that amount. It has a good consistency too. I haven't tried it with fish sauce yet, ( though I might later ) I just always forget to buy it, and I think it tastes great w/o it. Also, my husband isn't a big rice fan, and I like trying to lower carbs anywhere I can, so I serve it with some stir fried shredded cabbage. Wonderful! Oh, one more thing. I tried making this with low fat/cal coconut milk, and didn't notice any difference in the flavor, and I'm pretty sure it was about half the calories:)

Honey Wheat Sandwich Rolls
I love this recipe, and my huband LOVES it! I've been using it now for about a year and a half now, and these are the only rolls or buns I make. I can't even count how many times I've made them now. The very first time I made them, we had some friends over, and everyone just went crazy over them. They tast so good, you would never guess that they are both extremely easy and very good for you! Thank you for a wonderful reecipe!
