Basic Crepes
So GLAD I read the reviews carefully before using this recipe. I, too, mixed the wet ingredients together, as opposed to wet & dry. Made the batter very nice and smooth. Excellent. I made vegetable crepes for dinner last night (sauteed eggplant, red peppers & onion) and then raspberry & whipped cream dessert crepes. So good, we are going to serve these to dinner guests next month.
