I am a Sub Teacher. Mostly Jr. and Sr. High, in the summer I work at the state park as a fee booth person. Both can be alot of fun and stressful. I have 2 dogs and 1 fat cat. 2 grown kids, with in-children. 2 beautiful Granddaughter. And 1 cranky husband! I have had a Gastro Band some years ago, so eating food has been cut out or down conciderably. But I still like to cook for the family when they come home. Lasagna, turkey, chicken, mexican foods. I am willing to try almost any thing. But I live in a small town, so some ingredients aren't here. None except lots of food when family is here. None Lots of burned stuff. Grilling is a challenge.
