Baked Dijon Salmon
Perfect taste. It was also a hit when I brought it to a pot-luck event. I used olive oil instead of butter to be healthier, added chopped walnuts to keep it moist, and I seasoned the breadcrumbs to my liking. Yummy.

Chicken Gruyere with Sauteed Mushrooms
It was very easy to make. The flavors were simple, so I will add more herbs next time and use better wine. This is great for comfort food.

Creamy Rice Pudding
I didn't have to alter the recipe and it turned out great. I do agree that you should use medium grain rice.
