Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue
Delicious! And so easy since you can use frozen chicken. I'll definitely be making this again!

Chicken Enchiladas V
Great recipe. I tried using flour tortillas and corn to see which tasted better. The corn definitely won. It tasted more authentically Mexican.

Corned Beef and Cabbage
Very good and easy. I think it could use a little bit more spice next time, but I'll definitely make it again. The corned beef was so tender it was like eating pot roast. Delicious!
