Pumpkin Cheesecake in a Gingersnap Crust
OMG! I made this today with a few mod's..Used Pecans, extra cinnamon, ginger and pumpkin spice. Bake for 60 min in a 350 oven, then left it in the oven for another 60 min (oven turned off). Turned out to be the best Cheese cake I ever made. Oh, I lined the pan w/foil to keep the butter in. Thank you so much and have a wonderfull Thanksgiving and thank you for sharing a great recipe!

Italian Sausage Soup
I made this last night, used 4 sweet sausage from CostCo, 2 bx's chicken stock, large onion, 3 cloved of garlic, 2 cups cooked w-w pasta, tbl spoon Italian spices, one can chppd tomatoes, one can small white beans. It was so de-lish I even had some for breakfast! Mahalo SallyJun!

Chicken Breasts in Caper Cream Sauce
This is so ONO! De-lish, I am making it again tonight. Double the recipe for the sauce and add fresh garlic. I served it with garlic mashed potatos and the family went nuts! Big Mahalo's for dis one!
