Vegetarian Kale Soup
I've been looking for a way to use Kale since its so healthy for you. This soup was very tasty and even better the next day! Very filling too! WILL DEFINITELY make again :)

Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce
good sauce for other veggies and meats also. I only had a butter sub. (can't believe its not butter) so I think it would be better with the real thing.

Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas
