Baked Slow Cooker Chicken
Fell off the bone--however, I slathered herb butter under the skin top and botton and it still did not have enough flavor. I stuffed a 4.5lb bird with s&p onion, celery, carrots and bay leaves. Loved the baking tecnique with the slow cooker but will have to adjust the seasoning next time.
