Easy Beef Stroganoff

My boyfriend really loves stroganoff, and this recipe was perfect. Topped with a little sour cream, it was great. I almost always add extra pepper to things like this, so I think that was the only thing I kinda changed. Great recipe!

Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting

Good stuff. I used this for filling on a layer cake for my sons birthday. After the cake was cut, I could hear everyone saying as they ate it, "woah, there's peanut butter in here!" It was perfect, just what I was looking for.

Beer Batter

Super great, I used this with some white fish we got from a freind. I added a few exrta seasonings, my 3 and 6 year old gobbled it up! 6 year old still asks for it from time to time.

Apple Crisp II

Awsome crisp recipe, I used to use a different one, but this is by far the best. I have made it at least 7 times this year. I just add a little lemon zest to the apples and cinnimon to the topping.

Classic Tuna Noodle Casserole

With a few changes, this is a great base recipe. I make it all the time. Just add a little sour cream and a little more milk. Some granulated garlic, salt, pepper and cheese right in the mix. I serve it with peas and kinda mix them in on my plate. (my son hates peas or I would put them right in when cooking)

Playgroup Granola Bars

Really good. I use wheat flour, more fruit, and a little less oil in these. But I do make them often. Sometimes I add mini chocolate chips, coconut, or crasins. Or anything else that sounds good. Any type of dried fruit can go with these.

Real good meatloaf. Just good and classic, I found this recipe when I was out of dry onion soup mix (I usually just follow the directions on the back of that box). This is my back up recipe.

Fresh Cherry Crisp

Really great recipe! I don't have shortening, so I used another half stick of butter. Added a little lemon juice and zest, sprinkled with lots of cinnamon. With or without ice cream, this one's a keeper. Oh yeah, fresh cherries all the way.

Quick and Easy Brownies

Grood texture and super moist, but kinda missing something. I followed the other reviewers' suggestion and used a little less flower, and always sprinkle some mini chocolate chips on top after spreding it in the pan. DO NOT USE REAL BUTTER!! Margarine is best for this recipe. For some reason they are better the next day.

Baked Potato Soup

A little spicy and really really awsome. This recipe is a regular in my house. Everyone loves it. I use a little extra bacon and a lot of shredded cheddar cheese right in the soup. I recommend this to anyone.
