Enjoyed it for dinner last night. The marinade is wonderful. Marinaded for about 3 hours and ended up cooking on stovetop. Great flavor. I used low salt soy sauce and the it was not missed. Did not use the cucumber sauce but bought one from Costco that was awesome. Looking forward to leftovers tonight.

Greek Salad I

Beautiful colored salad. Dressing very bland. Ended up adding sugar, italian seasoning mix (oregano, rosemary, basil) garlic and red wine vinegar.

Asian Orange Chicken

Tasted like authentic classy take out. Very easy. Followed suggestions: 1) don't simmer chicken pieces in sauce but to poor the sauce over the chicken so it is not soggy. 2) dip chicken in egg with a little water to help it to stick. Will definately do again. Leftovers just as good as the first time.
