Candied Sweet Potatoes
This is fantastic as is. but if youre worried about the butter amount use a lb more yams or sweet potatoes. thats what i did. after baking as the recipe said i dint put the topping on. i let it set over night(i made it the night before) then topped with glazed pecans a little bit more brown sugar and large marshmallows.baked at 350 for 10 min or til brown. OMG my boyfriends 70 yr old gramma told me it was the best sweet potatoes shes ever eaten! and shes SOUTHERN!!!

Broccoli with Garlic Butter and Cashews
Made this doubled. At first i thought the sauce was thin and watery but i let it set over night then baked in the oven at 350 for 10 min and it was FANTASTIC! didnt have any left to bring home from Thanksgiving dinner!

Marbled Pumpkin Cheesecake
would be 5 stars if you double the filling. otherwise its pretty thin in a 9in pan. and i had to bake it for an hour before it was close to set which caused the crust to burn because it was prebaked next time ill double the filling and not prebake the crust.
