Barbeque Chicken
We really enjoyed this chicken. It was easy to prepare and tasted great. Also, it was super cheap since I had the chicken in the freezer and all the ingredients on hand. After the chicken was done, I boiled the sauce with some corn starch slurry to thicken it up a bit, and also added a few dashes of liquid smoke to give it a little more flavor. That made it perfect for us. Thanks for a great, easy meal. We'll definitely be having this again.

Garlic Cheddar Chicken
This was easy and delicious. I took the advice to broil the chicken for a few minutes at the end and we loved the crispiness from broiling. This is a quick and delicious recipe that I will be making again soon.

Miguelina's Poblanos and Cheese
Great recipe. The hardest part is blackening the peppers and getting off the skin. After that, it was easy and delicious. I always order these when we go to Mexican restaurants, but now I can make them at home. And, I like the thin crust this makes. Thanks for the delicious recipe.
