There's not much to say. I've been trapped in the south temporarily, with no place to go, so I've started cooking more and more recently, and branching as much as I can without my rather... food hating parents berating me. I love cooking anything I love eating. I suppose my Nana's fudge would be it. No one moment stands out, really. Making "the best Yule Log I've had in years," (quote from my old French teacher,) back when I was fourteen is probably my biggest triumph. Indian food with no wok, also, overspill of cocoa powder into my brownies.
