Easy Pizza Sauce III

OMG! With a little TLC, this sauce tastes just like the sauce in NYC Pizzerias! I added 1/2Tbs basil, 1/2tsp sugar + 1/2 tsp onion powder. Just popped in the blender and Viola! Perfection! Thank You for this recipe!!!

Kneophla, Potatoes and Sauerkraut

Absolutely DEEEElicious. Very German flavor. I decided not to drain the saurkraut in order to maintain moisture. The family loved it!! It was an easy clean up too. Goes good with Bierocks.

Easy Vodka Sauce

Just like the Italian Restaurants in New York City. I added 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, and 1 tablespoon dried basil for perfection. My family begs for it all the time!!!

Restaurant Style Red Beans and Rice

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2002
Definately good but a little salty so I made these changes: In step 1, I used two cans of undrained beans and 1 1/2 cups of water with a ham hock. I omitted the salt altogether and substituted the lard with olive oil. I did not blend the last can of beans, I drained two cans into mixture and heated. It was absolutely delicious!!!

This was awesome!!! I used fresh peaches with orange juice instead of canned peaches. The dish was gone in seconds. We topped it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and dug in! Definately will make again
