Chicken Parmigiana
This was so easy to make and tasted delicious! I used Italian bread crumbs and added a little extra Italian seasoning and minced garlic. I also put about 3/4 the sauce below the chicken and about 1/4 on top. Added a little angel hair pasta and garlic bread on the side and it was delicious!
