These were fabulous when they were fresh and hot, but once cold were soggy and less appealing. Eat 'em while they're hot!

Oregano Cubed Potatoes
We had 11 people over for dinner when I made these and every person loved them. A real distinct flavor and easy to make. I didn't measure the spices - just went by instinct.

Greek-Style Green Beans
Really very good. I would pre-cook the beans a bit longer - they were kind of crispy. The flavors blend well together.
