Shortbread Meltaways

They were so easy and good. You have to use a really high quality butter in order for them to be perfect. Overall I will make these again and maybe do what another reviewer said and dip them in chocolate.

I listened to all the advice from the other reviews and it turned out pretty good. I did use reduced fat chedder and fat free sour cream to reduce the calories a little.

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

It was really good but it took a lot of time to make so plan your day with that in mind. Additionally, make sure you realize that this recipe makes a huge pizza, so what we did was divide it into thirds which was fun because we got to create three extemely different pizzas.

Spinach and Strawberry Salad

I took this to a pot luck and everyone fell in love with it. Great and simple recipe. However, I do have to say that I made it again but used splenda instead of sugar and it still tasted great but less calories.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

We make this every year and it is the highlight of the meal. If the stuffing isn't to my Dad's standard he will complain all year about it. For the past 3 years no complaints. Thank goodness.
