This was a wonderful soup, I did add white rice to give it more substance. My husband thought is was great.

I left out the onion the second time as they took away from the flavor of the casserole. Other than that this is a great dish.

The only thing I do different is I brown by Corned Beef fatty side down until a little crispy.

This was the perfect frosting for my lemon curd cake, however I did add more lemon to taste.
