Chinese Cabbage Salad I

Very good and easy to make. The dressing is great. My kids were trying to figure out what was in the dressing, when I told them they did not believe me. They said that was too simple to taste so good.

Men Love This Steak

I had everything chopped and ready to start cooking, when I opened the white paper to unwrap the steaks and they turned out to be pork chops. I went ahead as directed, except I used provolone instead of blue cheese, since it was pork. My family said they were the best pork chops ever! I agree. If it is that good on pork, then it would be really great with steak! Cant wait to try it again, with the correct meat.

New Orleans Barbeque Shrimp

I used 3 lbs of shrimp in the sauce and still had plenty left over. It was good and easy. Served with a spinach salad, corn on the cob, and french bread.

Spicy Baked Sweet Potato Fries

I have tried these a couple of times. I followed other suggestions and lowered the temp. They either turn out soggy and not burnt or burnt and crispy. I cannot find a happy medium. They taste good, but I cannot get a texture I like.
