Microwave Peanut Brittle
This was my first time making any kind of candy. It turned out great!! Heating the pan and spraying the spoon with Pam were really good tips. I followed the recipe exactly (timing and everything). I'll definently be making this again. Probably for Christmas gifts.

Zucchini, Tomato, and Onion Casserole
The topping was wonderful according to my 6 year old son, he ate most of the topping of the whole thing. However there was too much liquid in it for me. But it wasn't too bad.

Cajun Style Baked Sweet Potato
These were really good, I also took the idea from other members of shaking everything together in a bag and then baking the potatoes. However, we didn't really like the rosemary and it only took about 35 minutes. Overall, though a good recipe.
