Baked Honey Mustard Chicken
My girls and I thought it was great... though when I told them what I was making for dinner, my response was a couple of wrinkled noses. I knew the youngest (and pickiest) approved when she declared that she wanted to take the leftovers as her lunch at school tomorrow! PS: I didn't change a thing - just served with rice and zucchini sauteed with basil. Fabulously Easy.

Hurricane I
Made for a very tasty, fruity, not so knock-you-on-your-butt with one little change... we replaced the amaretto with Malibu for a little more of a tropical flavor that all participants at our "hurricane tasting" really preferred.
