Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
Ohmygoodness!!! This bread is delish. Served it at a friend's BBQ, told them I made it and my friend's husband looked over at me with his mouth full of this bread and said, "YOU MADE THIS"?? (Guess his wife doesn't cook that much). Unbelievable recipe, get raving reviews every time I serve or give away. *Hint: Added 3/4 bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips. Can anyone tell me the secret to keep them from sinking to the bottom??? lol.

Easy Slow Cooker Chicken Wings
I tried coating the chicken in flour per suggestions from here and it still turned out really soupy-like. I had to pop them in the broiler for about 10 minutes and they ended being OK. I would rather have baked them instead of done the slow-cooker, but that is just because of preference on tenderness of the wings. Great, easy recipe though, but would have tasted better with just an oven!

Chicken Fried Chicken
This recipe is great and super easy! The saltines were an interesting yet delicious way of making it so tasty. Ate alongside some garlic mashed potatoes & a green salad. Perfect meal! Definitely will keep this one in mind for future crowd pleasers. One thing I might add next time: a little parmesan to the mix.
