I love this dish. My mom would make this quite often on Fridays when I was a child and referred to is as "poor man's dish" because it contained simple, cheap ingrediants.

Hot Buffalo Chicken, Bacon, and Cheese Sandwich
This recipe was so simple to make and tasted great! Couldn't locate Italian bread, but French bread seemed like a good alternative.
