Roast Chicken with Rosemary
This has become one of my favorite recipes! Once upon a time I thought chicken was boring. I now realize how wrong i was. Another of the few recipes i would follow to the "T". Be sure to use -FRESH- rosemary

Baked Potato Soup
This Soup is a Triumph! absolutly delicious as is! i wouldnt change a thing! and you MUST bake the potatoes!!! if you dont have the time then just use small red potatoes, you won't be disappointed.
