It was great considering I dislike all of the stuffing ingredients separate but they were surprisingly good together.

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2009
If you use a pizza stone to cook the pizza, preheat the stone in the oven for an hour. The heat contained in the stone will give the pizza a great crispy crust. Coat the bottom of the crust with Yellow Corn Meal. It you put the pizza on the without it, it will not come off easily. Then slide the pizza off the stone after its done so it doesn't continue to bake the bottom.

Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2009
Three pieces of chicken was too much, it covered the pizza completely, I would use two pieces next time. For the chicken I cut them in half and cooked them with the butter and Red Hot in a covered pan on low heat, while the crust rising and oven was warming. The timing was perfect, dinner was served in an hour and twenty minutes. I made my own crust "Jay's Signature Pizza Crust" was great (I used Kosher salt for the "Salt" listed). If you use a pizza stone to cook the pizza, preheat the stone in the oven for an hour. Coat the bottom of the crust with Yellow Corn Meal. It you put the pizza on the without it, it will not come off easily.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2009
Defiantly use the small Chocolate Chips, they don't get in the way of the smooth consistence of the cake, I think it would be fine without them though. I did 1/2 Cup Oil 1/2 cup apple sauce. Then did 1/4 milk and 1/4 water. It was great. The office really liked it in cupcake form.
