Chicken and Bow Tie Pasta
Made it for lunch for myself and some colleagues at work...it was DELICIOUS! Everyone raved about how good it was and asked for the recipe. I used only about 12oz of cream cheese (instead of the 16oz per 4 servings) with about 16oz of pasta. I used chicken bullion and the appropriate amount of water instead of a can of chicken broth, and added red pepper flakes. Boiling the chicken makes it mouth-watering tender, and I just seasoned it afterward with Adobo seasoning, Sazon El Ranchero and lime. I could eat this every day!
