Orange Crunch Cake

I left out the nuts because my daughter is allergic. It was delicious! Next time I'll add more graham crackers in place of the nuts to make it a little more crunchy. Everyone loved it!

Mom's Coleslaw

This was really good right when I made it but after a few hours in the refrigerator it wasn't as good. So my suggestion is to put the dressing on right before serving.

I don't have a bread machine so I just mixed the dough let it rise for an hour and followed the rest of the recipe as written. Everyone raved about the rolls. I increased the recipe by 50% the second time to make 24 rolls and it turned out perfect again! I LOVE this recipe!!!

Balsamic-Glazed Salmon Fillets

I should have made more of this because the whole family loved it! I followed the recipe except for the white wine. I didn't have any but it was delicious without it. I will definately make this again!!!
