Brussels Sprouts Bake

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2009
I was trying to think of something new for Christmas day and came upon this Brussel Sprouts Bake. It was excellent. I made it exactly as the recipe said and I wouldn't change a thing. Everyone gobbled up the not so popular veggie and loved them. Wonderful!!

Bagel and Cheese Bake

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2009
Really great!! I made this for my husband's office. Everyone loved it!! I doubled the recipe and made everything low fat. I used Egg Beaters instead of the eggs. I was a little nervous if it would cook the same and it turned out perfect. I used low fat cheese and lean turkey sausage. It's much easier to tear up the bagels instead of slicing them. I couldn't believe how it puffs up when cooking. This is my new favorite dish. I even used English muffins because I didn't have bagels and it was still good. If you want to try something everyone will like make this bake.

Pork Chop Casserole II

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2009
This was a great recipe and really easy to make. The 1st time I made it, I followed the recipe exactly and it was good. The second time i made it, i used chicken and I topped it with stuffing mix b/c I didn't have any rice cereal. It turned out just as good. I also used fat free cheddar cheese and that worked out great too. If you have any leftovers you might need to add some extra soup or even some milk. It gets a little dry.

Anne's Hot Ham and Swiss Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2009
I made this for a couple of friends and didn't seem to go over well. I couldn't quite put my finger on it, I think it was the soups that over powered the dip. I had leftovers so I used the dip as a topping for boneless, skinless chicken breast. My family really liked this combo instead. I liked the concept, just not a dip.

Tammy's Philly Cheese Steak Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2009
This dip is great!!! I followed the recipe exactly and wouldn't change a thing. It truly taste like a real cheese steak. I made it for a party and everyone gobbled it up. I actually prefer it served with the hoagie buns. I thought this was such a clever idea to make a sandwich out of a dip!!!
