Szechwan Shrimp
DEFINITELY double the sauce if it is going over rice. My husband and I made this tonight and did not change anything, except doubling the sauce. We had steamed stir-fry veggies on the side, but would recommend tripling the sauce if you wanted to add veggies into the sauce. When finished, it tasted like a very fresh Lean Cuisine. Obviously healthy, but still very good. We each love spice and added 10 drops of Sriracha sauce to the top, and that really increased the heat AND the flavor. Much better! Thanks for posting such a healthy and SUPER EASY recipe! Certainly will make again!
