Butterscotch Bread Pudding
This is the first bread pudding that I have actually made and it was FANTASTIC! I will definitely be making this again. My friends that ate with me loved it as well.

Easy Seafood Bisque
It was wonderful! I used crab leg meat since I had some in the freezer instead of the imitation crab. I also added a can of drained whole kernel corn. I think I added a lil extra salt, and will remember that for next time. I wasn't thinking about the fact that condensed soups can be salty already.

Bloody Mary Ceviche
I love ceviche' and this was a really good simple version. The cucumber was a bit more overpowering when I opened the container, but the dish was delicious. I definitely make this version again, but only when I don't have the time for my favorite ceviche' recipe!
