Slow-Cooked Chili
This is a really good chili recipe. I did not have the problem of it being "dry" at all. It was actually a little liquidy, but I imagine the leftovers will be less soupy. I thought it was good as-is, but my husband said it could use a little less onion (I used 2 large onions) and more meat (I used a little less than 2 lbs.) Only changes I made were to use a red pepper instead of a green one and I added a tsp of cinnamon.
