French Toast Casserole
This was not good at all, even after 1.5 hours, this was a mushy mess. I cooked for 60 minutes, then covered with foil and cooked an extra 30 minutes and it was still mushy at the bottom. my oven is pretty new and powerful, so its was not my oven. It was also very bland, perhaps if i doubled or tripled the seasoning. Very disappointed.
