Bacon Roasted Chicken
Great! My picky 14 year old son loves this chicken so much that we call it "Chicken Zachary". I serve it with baked potatoes and we crumble/put the bacon on top of them.

Baklava
My 16 year old daughter made this as part of her final project for cooking class and it turned out great. She used 3/4 almonds and 1/4 pistachios.

Ranch Pasta Salad
I liked this salad a lot. You really must chill it before serving because the flavors need time to "marry".
