Chicken Avocado Casserole
This was amazing. It took me about an hour and a half rather than an hour so I will probably reserve it for making on a weekend next time, but I will DEFINITELY be making this again. Delicious. Definitely dinner-party worthy.

Pepper, Onion & Feta Pizza
Delicious! I added some chopped black olives which really added to it. I did also use a base of a small amount of tomato sauce under the veggies on the pizza (about 2 tablespoons). I will definitely make this again! Very gourmet.
