Chocolate Mayo Cake
This sounds like it came from my Mom's "old standby's!" She said the reason she wrote it out for me as 1 1/2 C. of the main ingredients was that she didn't have a measuring cup! So she used a pint canning jar (Also used as drinking glasses then!) and filled it to the brim. It was great to see it here, virtually uncorrupted. Thanks! Great recipe!

Stuffed Green Peppers I
I had several different colored peppers left from my garden that needed cooking, so I ended up with some pieces instead of whole peppers. I slivered them and layered them with the rice mixture and cheese. Topped it with tomato soup, (I mixed in a little hot pepper sauce and Oregano for a little kick.) and cheese and baked as directed. Came out luscious. I live alone, so I froze what I didn't eat in individual servings. I'll get to enjoy this several times without the work!

Easy Deviled Chicken
Even though I am sensitive to wheat products, I made this recipe and loved it! In the future (Because I pay for transgressions)I will replace the crumbs made with a gluten-free bread. I'll probably have to bake it myself. lol Great-great recipe!
