I am recently married, and new to New Jersey! It's so weird to live three blocks from a skyline view of NYC. I L-O-V-E Italian. Pasta.. alfredo.. CARBS. Also I LOVE sweets. I've got a terrible sweet tooth. I love Thanksgiving. My Grandma makes the absolutely best food. My family grew up on mashed potatoes and meat. We're an Irish-German-Scottish family.. what did you expect? My favorite dish I've made was a variation of chicken alfredo. I stir fried the chicken and threw in parmigiana bread on the chicken while stir frying. It gave it a very light coating. Then I stir-fried mushrooms in garlic and mixed it all together. It was so good and flavorful. Peruvian cheesy potatoes.. my god. It was terrible. I don't even want to talk about it!!
