Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
This was amazing. I made this following sdgirls's review seering the meat and adding wine and beff broth, veggies, etc. I made this on a Monday. Refrigerated overnight and peeled off 1/2 cup fat. Then, put it back on low until heated through and served with cheddar garlic bisciuts for dinner on Tuesday. We saved 120g of fat and 960 calories. Will definately make again!
