Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
Really moist,flavorful,and sweet. I did change a few things though: First of all a teaspoon of vanilla, walnuts or pecans are great if you like nuts, I only used half a teaspoon of nutmeg, and added half a teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice. Mmmmmm....=D Oh yes, and it really did improve with age!

Cajun Chicken Pasta
Great Recipe! But instead of putting all those individual flavors (the lemon, onion, etc) Try adding a bit of Mrs. Dash seasoning. The flavor will not be as fresh or strong, but if you are in a rush for dinner, It's great! I always make this recipe with Mrs. Dash, because it has all the flavors that it asks for.
