I couldn't find the recipe I usually use so I decided to go with this one. I followed the recipe exactly; I wish I had run a test batch before putting a whole cookie sheet full in the oven. My first ones came out flat, thes spead like crazy. I turned down the over to 325 (I have an electric stove) and the second batch was in the fridge with the first one were baking. They still spread out but were not as flat as the first. The 3rd were also put in the fridge and they came out the best but still nothing like the photo. I do like the flavor of these cookies but don't like how flat and wide they got.
