About this Cook

I have a 11 year old son with ADHD so I have to becareful of making things with too much sugar. Otherwise I'm peeling my son off the walls - not fun.

My favorite things to cook

I love starches and it shows. Usually if I don't have an ingredient, I find an alternative. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. But I don't know until I try it. :0)
