Mama's Italian Wedding Soup

I made this yesterday (on a cold and SNOWY October day in Boston). It was so good and warming. I used acini di pepe for the pasta and added garlic to my meatballs. Can't wait for lunch!!

Apple Crisp II

Delicious! I follwed recipe and it was so sweet and yummy. I forgot to buy ice cream so I topped with a bit of flavored coffee creamer (pumpkin spice flavor). We had it for dessert last night and when I got up this morning the entire pan was gone!! My kids loved it.

Glazed Meatloaf II

The BEST meatloaf I have ever had. I made the recipe as stated and my daughter was freaking out when I added lemon juice, but the whole family really enjoyed it (My year old son and two year old grandson, especially). Very good thank you.

Italian Chicken with Garlic and Lemon

So good... it reminded me of my mom's Sunday dinners when I was a kid. She made a dish that tasted very close to this. Thanks for a great recipe! I will have to make it for our next girls night in for my sisters.

Pineapple Casserole II

I made this last weekend to put out with our bbq spread. I doubled the recipe and I must tell you-- everyone just loved it. It was the first dish to empty (in the first 15 minutes). I will definitely make this again... yummy!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

From the time I added this recipe to my box until the time it is now- I have a delicious pot of soup. It took all of 30 minutes including the prep of the vegetables. I can't believe how quick and good this recipe is. Served with a crusty loaf of bread and it was perfect!
