Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips
This is absolutely delicious and very pretty too. I added blackberries to the mixture & diced everything up. My apple of choice was 'honey crisp' and I used Apricot preserves. I cut down the amount of sugar, based on previous comments. If you are serving them with the cin/sugar tortillas chips, I think you can omit the sugar all together, because the tortilla chips have enough sugar on them. You know it is a great recipe when everyone requests the recipe from you! This is one of them!

Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Tortilla Chips
This was excellent - very pretty too. I used everything listed in the recipe with the addition of blackberries. My apple of choice was 'Honey Crisp'. I diced everything up too. I used Apricot perserves. I put in about 1/2 the sugar amount, based on other reviewers' comments. You could probably omit the sugar all together because the tortilla chips have lots of sugar on them. Lots of compliments and lots of requests for the recipe! Yummy!

Artichoke Chicken
This recipe is awful. If you like a greasy dish this is it! Not to mention the flavor is bland and boring. If you must make it, add mushrooms and some more spices. Perhpas adding breadcrumbs to the top would soak up some of the grease that the mayo and parmesan cheese creates in this dish. Big thumbs down.
