Sandy's Casserole
This was a really simple recipe with ingredients I just about always have on hand. I added some brocolli and extra onion that needed to be used up. Quite good! I'll definitely make this again.

Calico Beans
Awesome! My husband swears this tastes just like his grandmother's cherished family recipe. I have also made this with a mixed variety of beans, always with success.

Vegetarian Refried Beans
Fantastic! I used a can of diced tomatoes with zesty jalepenos instead of a fresh tomato and I left out the oil to healthify the recipe even more. Very good.
