Winter Fruit Salad with Lemon Poppyseed Dressing
Very Good! Only thing I would do differently.... I had cut up and put the apple and pear into the dressing like someone had suggested. I brought this for a dinner and by the time I served it the dressing was really watered down from the fruit juices. I would wait to cut up the fruit closer to dinner so it doesnt brown, and not put it in the dressing.

Applesauce Pork Loin
Nummy!! My first pork roast in the oven, as I usually cook them in the slow cooker. I tripled the sauce and coated the pork with it. I didnt have any fresh rosemary so I used dried and it tasted great! I also left out the salt and pepper. This was a super tender roast that everyone raved about. Everyone also made pork sandwiches with the left overs the next day and couldnt get enough. Going to make this again this coming weekend for more company!
